Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court, Jefferson County, entered February 19, 2025, December 11, 2024 and October 24, 2024,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals under docket numbers CA 25-00092 and CA 25-00310 are granted, the time is extended to September 26, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal under docket number CA 25-00317 is granted, the time is extended to October 20, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
