DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated May 30, 2025. Motion by the appellant pro se for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses, for the assignment of counsel, and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from nondispositional orders in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and we decline to grant leave to appeal; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.

CHAMBERS, J.P., WOOTEN, WARHIT and HOM, JJ., concur.
