Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2025. By order to show cause dated May 2, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal in the above-entitled proceeding should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order has expired by its terms and the appeal has been rendered academic.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
