Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 7, 2025. Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order, and for a preliminary injunction enjoining the respondents from removing or modifying the parking-protected bicycle lane on Bedford Avenue between Willoughby Avenue and Flushing Avenue located in Brooklyn, New York, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
