2025-06486 The People, etc., respondent, v Craig Alexander, appellant. (Ind. No. 73684/2024)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Craig Alexander from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 27, 2025. By order to show cause dated June 4, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the order dated March 27, 2025, is neither appealable as of right nor by permission.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15), without costs or disbursements.
CHAMBERS, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, LANDICINO and HOM, JJ., concur.
