Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 17, 2024, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated April 22, 2025. Motion by the appellant, in effect, to confirm that an automatic stay of the order and judgment is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(5), or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to confirm that an automatic stay of the order and judgment is in effect pursuant to CPLR 5519(a)(5), or, in the alternative, pursuant to CPLR 5519(c) to stay enforcement of the order and judgment, pending hearing and determination of the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same date.
