Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Richmond County, dated November 21, 2024, or, in the alternative, for an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief and to supplement the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to serve and file a respondent's brief is granted, the respondent's brief annexed to respondent's motion papers is deemed timely served, and respondent shall file an original and four copies of the respondent's brief with this court within ten days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants, if they be so advised, may serve and file a reply brief within ten days of the date of this decision and order; and it is further,
