DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2023. By order to show cause dated March 24, 2023, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals in the above-entitled proceeding should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 2 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 19, 2024, the appeals were dismissed without prejudice to timely filing a motion for leave to appeal to this Court from the order (see Family Ct Act § 1113; CPLR 5513, 5514[a]). Motion by Egbert A. B. for leave to appeal to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2023. Motion by Mirva P. for leave to appeal to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated February 15, 2023.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted.

DUFFY, J.P., GENOVESI, VENTURA and MCCORMACK, JJ., concur.
