On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decisions and orders on motion of this Court dated June 18, 2025, and July 28, 2025, in the above-entitled case are recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by Raymond W. Soutar pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered September 4, 2024.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal.
