On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2025, in the above-entitled action, on an appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 13, 2024, and August 7, 2024, respectively, is amended by deleting from the second decretal thereof the words "is denied as no appeal was taken by Nassau County from the order dated March 13, 2024," and substituting therefor the words "is granted, and on or before August 25, 2025, the appellant Nassau County shall serve and file its brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve its brief and upload digital copies of the joint record or appendix and its brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website," and the caption under Appellate Division docket no. 2024-06046 is amended by adding the word "appellant" following the words "defendant third-party plaintiff."
