DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated December 18, 2019. By order to show cause dated June 11, 2025, the parties and the estate of Jacqueline Urquhart were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals for failure to substitute a personal representative of the estate of Jacqueline Urquhart, for the deceased appellant, Jacqueline Urquhart.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted and the appeals are dismissed (see CPLR 1021), without costs or disbursements.
