2024-02416 In the Matter of Esraa Mousa Abdellatif, respondent, v Noureldin M. Mohamed Ahmed Aly Fayek, appellant. (Docket No. F-1775-2021)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Noureldin M. Mohamed Ahmed Aly Fayek from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated October 5, 2023. By order to show cause dated January 22, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no appeal lies from an order of a support magistrate before objections have been reviewed by a judge of the Family Court.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]), without costs or disbursements.
BARROS, J.P., MILLER, DOWLING and VENTURA, JJ., concur.
