DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered August 16, 2022. Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and to be furnished with additional documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief. Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by the appellant which is to extend the time to serve and file a supplemental brief is granted, and the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before September 2, 2025; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant shall file an original copy of the supplemental brief, by mail, and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,

ORDERED the motion by the appellant pro se is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the respondent is granted, and on or before September 2, 2025, the respondent shall serve and file the respondent's brief via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the brief and upload a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted to the respondent to serve and file the respondent's brief.
