Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 13, 2024, and an order of the same court also dated September 13, 2024. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the judgment, including the sale of the subject property, pending hearing and determination of the appeals. Cross-motion by the respondent to condition the stay upon the posting of an undertaking.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and cross-motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross-motion is denied as academic.
