An order having been entered on December 5, 2024, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Veronica Reed, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Veronica Reed, Esq., dated June 23, 2025, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Thomas Pelych, Esq., 226 Main Street, Hornell, New York 14843, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Wayne County, entered September 24, 2024, in place and stead of Veronica Reed, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Wayne County Family Court Clerk provide Thomas Pelych, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 22, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
