Appellant having moved for a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered January 24, 2025,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Vera Venkova, Esq., 300 International Drive, Suite 100, Williamsville, New York 14221, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the appeal, and
It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Family Court Clerk provide Vera Venkova, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the record and briefs are to be filed and served within 60 days of the filing of the transcripts with the Oneida County Family Court Clerk.
