It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as appellant's counsel seeks to withdraw is granted, and Barclay Damon, LLP and Hodgson Russ LLP are discharged as counsel to appellant, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks a thirty day stay and removal of the appeal from the day calendar of this Court of September 15, 2025 is denied.
