An order having been entered on April 10, 2024, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Laurin Haddad, as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Francis Tesseyman, Jr., Esq., 48 Old Orchard Lane, Orchard Park, New York 14127, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered November 29, 2023, in place and stead of Laurin Haddad, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Oneida County Family Court Clerk provide Francis Tesseyman, Jr., Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 14, 2025.
