An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered August 3, 2023,
Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Deborah Jessey, Esq., 9845 Main Street, PO Box 267, Clarence, New York 14031, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one electronic copy of a respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon any party exempt from e-filing pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.17 (c) (6) (A), and
It is further ORDERED that the Attorney for the Child submit her briefs to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 22, 2025, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
