On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 11, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 20, 2024, and December 18, 2024, and appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the same court dated March 7, 2024, is amended by deleting from the last decretal the date thereof, "August 11, 2025" and substituting therefor the date "September 10, 2025."
