On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 15, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 20, 2022, is amended by deleting from the second sentence of the preamble thereof the words "respondent Staten Island University Hospital" and substituting therefor the words "respondents Staten Island University Hospital, Chadi Saifan, and Frank Tarantini," and by deleting from the last decretal the words "respondent Staten Island University Hospital" and substituting therefor the words "respondents Staten Island University Hospital, Chadi Saifan, and Frank Tarantini."
