Chappelear, Jennifer v Jerry Lubliner, M.D.
It is Ordered that the motion of the plaintiff-appellant is granted in part and denied in part. The plaintiff's application to submit a brief enlarged by twenty-five pages is denied. The maximum length for appellant's brief shall be no more than fifty pages (see A.D. Rule 22NYCRR §670.10.3[f]).
It is Further Ordered that plaintiff-appellant may submit Exhibits "A" through "V" to the extent that they are relevant to the issues raised on appeal, together with her brief;
