Appeals by Anthony Martindale from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 17, 2023, and January 13, 2023, respectively. Motion by the appellant's assigned counsel, inter alia, to abate the appeals upon the death of the appellant.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to abate the appeals is denied, with leave to renew, upon proper papers, including a copy of the appellant's death certificate; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
