Appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 24, 2022, and a resentence of the same court rendered February 8, 2023. Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended, and appellant's counsel shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with this Court's rules (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9) and written directions.
