Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered January 23, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2021, the motion of the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief was granted.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 16, 2021, is recalled and vacated, and the motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
