| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered September 18, 2023. The appellant notified the Court that he intended to file a supplemental brief in connection with the brief filed by assigned counsel in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738) (see 22 NYCRR 1250.11[f]), and the appellant was given a deadline to file the brief.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that leave to serve and file a supplemental brief in connection with the brief filed by assigned counsel in accordance with Anders v California (386 US 738) is denied.
The appellant has failed to file a pro se supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
