ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 30, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 16, 2023, and a judgment of the same court dated March 11, 2025, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "March 22, 2025" and substituting therefor the date "March 11, 2025."
