ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 22, 2024, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated July 11, 2022, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the words "appellant's brief" and substituting therefor the words "appellant's reply brief."
