ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 18, 2024, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal thereof the date "September 9, 2024" and substituting therefor the date "September 9, 2025."
