Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated December 1, 2020. Motion by Margaret Picotte MacClarence, as the executor of the estate of John P. Kehoe, to be subsituted for the deceased respondent Margaret Brennan Hassett, as the executor of the estate of John P. Kehoe, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Margaret Picotte MacClarence, as the executor of the estate of John P. Kehoe, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Margaret Brennan Hassett, as the executor of the estate of John P. Kehoe, and the caption is amended accordingly.
