| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, both dated July 28, 2025. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of stated portions of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the orders as permits the respondents two hours of unsupervised visitation with the subject child during each period of resource-supervised visitation an unlimited number of times per week, is stayed and the respondents are permitted two hours of unsupervised visitation with the subject child one time per week during a period of resource-supervised visitation, pending hearing and determination of the appeals or further order of the Family Court, Queens County, whichever occurs first, and the motion is otherwise denied.
