Appeals from six orders of the Family Court, and three dated January 9, 2025, respectively, which were dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2025, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511). Motion by the appellant, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2025.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
