ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 6, 2025, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated May 11, 2023, is amended by deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the words "Family Court Act § 1120" and substituting therefor the words " Judiciary Law § 35."
