Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 3, 2024. Motion by the appellant to take judicial notice of certain material. Motion by the attorney for the child to dismiss the appeal on the ground that it has been rendered academic.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the attorney for the child and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by the attorney for the child is granted, and the appeal is dismissed without costs and disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is denied as academic.
