DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
| Dawn Young, Appellant, v National Grid Corporation Service Company, Respondent. |
Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered January 28, 2025. The order granted an unopposed motion by respondent to dismiss the complaint.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party (see CPLR 5511).
