Appeals from four orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 22, 2024, March 19, 2024, April 25, 2024, and April 14, 2025, respectively. Motion by Matthew P. Bergman, an attorney in good standing in the State of Washington, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal from the orders dated April 22, 2024 and March 19, 2024. Separate motion by Matthew P. Bergman, an attorney in good standing in the State of Washington, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal from the order dated April 25, 2024. Separate motion by Matthew P. Bergman, an attorney in good standing in the State of Washington, to be admitted pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeal from the order dated April 14, 2025. Motion by the appellants to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on the appeals from the orders dated April 22, 2024, March 19, 2024, and April 25, 2024.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions by Matthew P. Bergman are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion by the appellant is granted, and on or before September 5, 2025, the appellants shall serve and file the reply briefs on the appeals from the orders dated April 22, 2024, March 19, 2024, and April 25, 2024 via NYSCEF, if applicable, or, if NYSCEF is not mandated, serve the reply briefs and upload a digital copy of the reply briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website.
