Appeal by Stephen D. M. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 9, 2025. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Leslie Ching, dated June 18, 2025, it is

(2) the respondent Sujeyri O. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
