2025-07881 The People, etc., respondent, v Noel J. Hernandez, appellant. (Ind. No. 70002/1981)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from a purported judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered June 6, 2025. By order to show cause dated July 23, 2025, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from an execution of sentence.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see People v Crawford, 239 AD2d 514).
IANNACCI, J.P., CHRISTOPHER, VENTURA and HOM, JJ., concur.
