Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 4, 2023. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to file a supplemental appendix containing certain material and for permission to orally argue the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for permission to orally argue the appeal is denied without prejudice to filing a letter application for such relief, after the appeal has been calendared (see NYCRR 670.15[b], 1250.15[c]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
