Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 12, 2025, and July 30, 2025, respectively. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and to stay enforcement of the orders, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for waiver of costs, fees, and expenses is denied as unnecessary as that relief is being granted by order on certification of this Court decided herewith; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
