Appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 24, 2023, and a resettled order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated July 11, 2024. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment are deemed to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the resettled order and judgment, and on or before October 6, 2025, the parties shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, replacement briefs which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2024-10115 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-12218 on the covers, and the appellants shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, a replacement record which contains the resettled order and judgment, and the notice of appeal from the resettled order and judgment, and Appellate Division Docket No. 2024-10115 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2023-12218 on the cover.
