It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an enlargement of time to perfect his appeal is granted. Respondent-appellant shall perfect his appeal by the December 2025 term. Appellant's briefs are due on October 9, 2025. Respondent's briefs are due on or before October 31, 2025. Reply briefs, if any, are to be filed on or before November 7, 2025.
It is Further Ordered that respondent-appellant shall continue to pay to the landlord-respondent, use and occupancy in the amount of $257.10, by the fifth of each month.
In the event the respondent-appellant fails to comply with the foregoing conditions, the landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay.
