| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals by, inter alia, Sisters of St. Joseph and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 3, 2025. Pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]), it is
ORDERED that the appeal by Sisters of St. Joseph and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in the above-entitled action shall be perfected within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order; and it is further,
ORDERED that if the appellants Sisters of St. Joseph and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church do not perfect their appeal within 90 days of the date of this scheduling order, the Clerk of this Court shall issue an order to all parties to the appeals to show cause why the appeal by Sisters of St. Joseph and Our Lady of Guadalupe Church should or should not be dismissed.
