| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated June 5, 2024, and appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the same court dated November 20, 2024. Motion by Furgang & Adwar L.L.P. to extend the time to serve and file an answering brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Furgang & Adwar L.L.P. is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or his designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause by uploading a copy of this order to show cause to the NYSCEF system.
