An order having been entered on July 22, 2025, granting appellant's motion for a waiver of costs, fees, and expenses and for assignment of counsel and assigning Caitlin Connelly, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Caitlin Connelly, Esq., dated August 25, 2025, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Andrew DiPasquale, Esq., 45 Exchange Boulevard, Suite 400, Rochester, New York 14614, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered February 24, 2025, in place and stead of Caitlin Connelly, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Andrew DiPasquale, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to November 5, 2025, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
