| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals by Daniel Bardman from three orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated February 27, 2025. By scheduling order of this Court dated June 6, 2025, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was extended until June 30, 2025. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs of disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
