Appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered December 19, 2023, and December 21, 2023,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals from the orders entered December 19, 2023 (CAF 25-01379, CAF 25-01380, CAF 25-01381, CAF 25-01382, CAF 25-01383, and CAF 25-01384), are dismissed on the ground that the orders appealed from are not orders of disposition appealable as of right (see Family Court Act § 1112 [a], and the motion is dismissed with respect to those appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied with respect to the appeal from the order entered December 21, 2023 (CAF 25-01385).
