Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeals from the orders entered April 21, 2025 (CAF 25-01159), and April 22, 2025 (CAF 25-01374), are dismissed as moot (see Matter of Francis S. (Wendy H.), 67 AD3d 1442, 1442 [4th Dept 2009], lv denied 14 NY3d 702 [2010]), and the motion is dismissed with respect to those appeals, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied with respect to the remaining appeals.
