Appellant having moved for permission to withdraw the brief filed on May 14, 2025 and to file a corrected brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County, entered November 26, 2024, and for other relief,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied to the extent that appellant seeks permission to withdraw the brief filed on May 14, 2025, and to file a corrected brief, and
It is further ORDERED that appellant may file and serve a reply brief on or before September 26, 2025, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is denied insofar as it seeks other relief.
