Appellant having moved to stay the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Ontario County Court, rendered September 13, 2023, to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to relieve assigned counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests a stay of the appeal is denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it requests an extension of time to perfect the appeal is dismissed, and
